Terms of Use — IPTV Player

1. Player Software Notice & Legal Disclaimer (Apple Guideline 5.2.3)

IPTV Player is strictly a client-side media player software application designed for playing video content and streaming feeds authorized by the end user.

IMPORTANT CONTENT NOTICE:

          • IPTV Player does not provide, host, broadcast, distribute, or sell any media content, television channels, broadcasts, or IPTV subscriptions.

          • The sample streams showcased in the demonstration library are strictly open-source, public domain, or royalty-free test feeds (such as the Blender Foundation open films) intended solely for player capability verification.

          • Users are solely and entirely responsible for providing and loading their own legally authorized content, playlists, and stream URLs.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using IPTV Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use IPTV Player on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

You agree NOT to:

Use IPTV Player to decode, play, or redistribute copyrighted media streams without explicit authorization from the respective copyright holder.
Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international copyright laws.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any stream URLs, playlists, or media configurations you import into the software. IPTV Player does not claim ownership of, monitor, or verify user-supplied content. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights and legal permissions for any media you load into the player.

5. DMCA & Copyright Inquiries

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Because IPTV Player is a local playback tool and does not host or store any media streams or server-side content, takedown requests regarding external third-party streams should be directed to the respective hosting provider or stream origin.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

IPTV Player is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, stream uptime, server connectivity, or compatibility with all third-party stream formats or codecs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV Player and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software or any third-party stream content.
